George Hutton (1997) is a British photographer whose work captures the quiet beauty of ordinary life in his native Whitby. Trained at Central Saint Martins, he works primarily with film, drawn to honesty, slowness and the understated poetry of rural rituals and small communities. His images celebrate nature, tradition and the people who anchor local culture, from fishermen to players of the nearly forgotten game of Quoits. Hutton’s work invites viewers into moments of calm, observation and quiet connection.
