Dusan Reljin started his photographic career as an assistant for photographer Craig McDean in New York, before venturing on his own. He is best known for his fashion and beauty images, and has gained international recognition for his work. Dusan has also collaborated with artists, such as Vanessa Beecroft, Marina Abramovic, as well as the music band Massive Attack.
- I have consciously realised that the secret to my art is authenticity. Before I was not aware of that, but recognised the feeling of pureness when creating. Today I fully recognise it and have managed to manifest it into all aspects of life. It is not expected to be understood nor liked by everybody, but by people that are on the same frequency.
